Please use the following resources if you are looking for Riscure support.


For Technical Support:

1. You can visit the Keysight Support Portal to register.  From the portal you can:

· Search for an answer online accessing our knowledge base with Riscure user manuals, (formerly quick start guides), and datasheets.

· Create and manage a support case online. For faster routing, please add Riscure in the Subject line of your support case.


2. Or you can contact your technical support team by email at support@keysight.com. Please add Riscure to the start of the Subject line in your email.


For Riscure software downloads:

Riscure software downloads are now available on Keysight.com after separate registration in the Keysight Software Manager. Registration and software download instructions for customers with active software support entitlement will be sent in a separate email.
